This winter, La Magdeleine opens the doors of its glass-fronted kitchen for a series of intimate cooking classes with Mathias Dandine.
Over the course of the morning, Mathias Dandine welcomes you into the kitchen to discover his techniques, tips and approach to working with the finest products of Provence.
After the class, it is time for lunch: the chef joins you at the table to continue this moment of sharing over a menu inspired by the day’s theme, accompanied by carefully selected food and wine pairings.
